- 1 in person meeting approximately 6 weeks out from your wedding
- Check in with all vendors within 1 month of your wedding
- Point of contact for all vendors and family members on your wedding day

- Vendor assistance including recommendations & research, outreaching, comparing, and helping you make your final decisions
- Collaboration on creation of timeline and floor plan
- Assistance in execution of ideas and design
- Attendance in all final vendor meetings/calls
- Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
- 1 in person meeting approximately 6 weeks out from your wedding
- 3 additional meetings throughout the wedding planning process
- Check in with all vendors within 1 month of your wedding
