Founder of Beloved Event Co. & Lead Planner

Hi, I'm Chelsea—the CEO of Beloved Event Co. I launched this company out of a deep passion for organizing and coordinating meaningful events. With a strong eye for detail and a love for logistics, I’m here to help bring your vision to life with clarity, creativity, and care.

My goal is simple: to provide you with the support and resources you need to feel calm, confident, and excited every step of the way. From managing timelines to final details, I’ll handle the behind-the-scenes so you can be fully present and truly enjoy your day.

A bit about me:

  • Alongside wedding planning, I also work as a pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant nurse—primarily on night shifts

  • I’m also a wife and mom to two amazing little ones (ages 2 and 4) who are my whole world—and a big part of why I pursued this path. Creating beautiful, intentional moments for others while balancing family life is what brings me joy.

  • I like to stay busy working and taking care of my family & home, but when I do find a quiet moment, you’ll likely find me in the garden or curled up outside with a good book or devotional.

Melody

Lead Planner & Co-Coordinator

A key supporter from the start, Melody has been co-coordinating with Beloved Event Co since the second wedding we led. She brings positive, fun energy to every event, but she also means business.

Melody is a passionate event planner & content creator with experience in high-end events, private parties and live productions. She began her career with an internship at Walt Disney World, where she worked on facilitating events such as food & beverage seminars, weddings, private events, and iconic productions such as Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings!

She later joined Nemacolin Resort as a design and event coordinator, where she had the unique opportunity to assist with the production of ABC’s The Bachelor. 

Melody currently works for The 1978 Collection full time and recently launched In The Moment with Mel, offering BTS content for vendors, events, and weddings! We love having her on our team!

Abby

Lead Planner & Co-Coordinator

Abby has been with Beloved Event Co since May 2025. She is always thinking ahead, one step ahead, and ready to quickly resolve any issues that arise.

She is a certified wedding planner through IAP College and a certified Fora travel agent with a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations. With experience planning brand events and destination getaways, she’s now bringing her eye for design and love of logistics into the wedding world. Abby believes there's nothing more meaningful than being part of someone’s happiest day, and she’s all about making things not only seamless but stunning. When she’s not scouting venues or building timelines, you’ll find her obsessing over aesthetic details, dreaming up travel itineraries, or celebrating love in all its forms.
